Text-message consignment inquiries. When you voluntarily text Austin Auction Gallery photos or information about an item you may wish to consign, you consent to receive one-to-one SMS/MMS responses related to that inquiry. Message frequency varies based on your conversation and requested follow-up. Message and data rates may apply. Austin Auction Gallery does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

End users opt in by voluntarily initiating a text conversation with Austin Auction Gallery. On our Consignment Inquiry page, visitors are invited to text our dedicated number with photos and a description of items they would like to consign. By sending that first SMS/MMS message, they request a response about their consignment inquiry. We send only one-to-one, transactional messages related to reviewing their items and arranging follow-up; we do not send recurring marketing or promotional messages through this number.

We do not sell or share your phone number for advertising purposes. Twilio processes phone numbers and message delivery in accordance with its own privacy and security practices.

We use these signals as one factor in fraud-risk review and do not rely on them as the sole basis for a decision. Relevant information may be processed by MaxMind as a service provider solely to provide fraud-prevention services.
